Driving High is Just a Bad Decision

There is a disturbing idea that exists in some circles that driving stoned on marijuana makes people better drivers. It's a stupid notion that has absolutely no truth to it. Driving high is as dangerous as driving drunk, and the Provincial Government is moving now to officially recognize this and to align drugged driving penalties with drunk driving ones.
As the move to legalize marijuana picks up strength the importance of spreading the message that driving high is dangerous increases. As with alcohol there are alternatives to getting high and driving. Don't do it, call a cab or other service like Uber, or have a designated driver.
Please consider that driving requires all of your attention.
