KW Now is a Local News and Business Hub serving Kitchener Waterloo and surrounding communities.

We are looking for student Interns in many areas and fields to help deliver community relevant content to our readership and viewership.

We seek Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Design and marketing students and graduates to help tell local stories..

Skills

Writing skills, photography skills, video and editing skills, design and marketing skills.

Adobe Creative Suites programs and video creating / editing programs a real asset on so many levels.

Requirements:

* Punctual

* Story telling and writing skills

* Ability to work to a deadline

* Passion and a willingness to get things right and make a difference is a real asset.

While this is not a paid position out of the gate, it does create opportunities to create client business content (both written and video content) for which you will  receive a fee if adopted by the client.
