Regional Police charge a 26-year-old Cambridge Man with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

In April 2020, the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Cybercrime - Internet Child Exploitation Unit, conducted an investigation into child pornography. The investigation began after police received complaints from the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre regarding a person possessing child pornography in March 2020.

On December 10, 2020, as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Cybercrime Branch - Internet Child Exploitation Unit, a search warrant was completed at a residence in Cambridge. On January 6, 2021, police arrested a 26-year-old Cambridge male, charging him with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
