WRPS Continue to Investigate Person on Person Robbery in Waterloo

Waterloo Region, Ontario – On March 19, 2022, at approximately 3:30 a.m., a person-on-person robbery took place in the area of King Street North and Hickory Street in Waterloo.

The victim was met by a group of unknown suspects who brandished a firearm and a knife and subsequently stole his personal belongings. There were no physical injuries reported.

Investigators are looking to identify and speak to these individuals in connection to the incident.

The investigation is ongoing by members of the General Investigations Unit.
